To be able to compete at a Zones meet, divers need to have excelled at the USD Summer Regional Championships. (The qualification rules have changed throughout the years.)

The Top divers at the USD Summer Junior Zones Championships qualify to compete at the USD Summer Junior Nationals.

Many Woodlands Divers have qualified to attend the USD Summer Zones Championships. The list below only reflects the ones who brought home a Gold Medal becoming Zones Champions in their age groups.
